Concept project

A coastal stay, told with the same calm.

A concept website, brand refresh and content set for a small hotel and restaurant on the west coast, built to make the place feel as good online as it does in person.

Small hotels compete on feeling, not price.

Guests choose a place like this because of how it makes them feel. A generic booking template can flatten that completely.

This concept explores how a boutique hotel could carry its atmosphere through its website, menus and social channels, while keeping booking simple and always close at hand.

Atmosphere first, booking always close.

Rooms, dining and the coast as three clear paths, with availability one tap away on every page.

The type, palette and tone of the website carry into menus, welcome cards and seasonal notes.

What we explored

  1. A refreshed wordmark and a sea-grey, sand and linen palette.
  2. A responsive website with rooms, dining and the coast as clear paths.
  3. A booking call to action that stays visible without shouting.
  4. Seasonal menu and printed welcome card templates.
  5. Social content formats for the kitchen, the rooms and the landscape.

Make the experience visible before guests arrive.

An independently developed concept created to demonstrate our approach. Not a commissioned client project.
